Gosh Lash Serum claims to give you longer lashes. Who doesn’t like the idea of longer, thicker lashes permanently without application or makeup?

Why have a lash serum?

With such a wide range of fake eyelashes and eyelash application options available in the UK its obvious that we all are after this end result! For myself I find attached eyelashes obvious and irritating, weighing down my eyes so if I could find a product which could change my natural lashes I’m all for it!

So I decided to purchase “Gosh Growth Serum-The Secret of Longer Lashes” from Superdrug to see if it would make a difference to my lashes. Currently, it is unavailable from Superdrug but available from other suppliers.

First thoughts on Gosh Lash Serum

The packaging is very sleek and looks great, claiming you will see a visible result in two weeks. At the time I purchased it it came with a free mascara as well. It is currently not available from their website but is available from other retailers.

I followed the steps applying the product twice a day (morning and night) as directed for two solid weeks. 

Does the serum work?

However I didn’t see any visible results with this product. My lashes felt potentially thicker but definitely not longer. To be honest this could be just wishful thinking too.

I plan to keep using the serum but I wouldn’t recommend it or purchase it again currently.

I also find it causes my eyelid to be a little sore on application, but not red, this feeling does go away after a few minutes. So there must be an irritating ingredient in it.

Is Gosh Lash serum worth it?

So is Gosh Lash Serum worth it? In one word, no. 0/5 stars.

Personally for healthy lashes, I find the best method is prevention. No harsh rubbing or pulling especially where lash glue is involved. Then the best aftercare is something like a swish of Jojoba oil on a wand through your lashes or petroleum jelly brushed through (best done before bed or during a pampering session!).
