How to create 5 Disney Halloween Makeup Looks

Sharing is caring!

Disney Inspired Halloween Looks

Disney Halloween Makeup has a wealth of inspiration to draw from.

Whether you are lucky enough to be celebrating in the parks, watching Halloween movies at home or want to dress up as a Disney character on Halloween Night.

If you caught my post last week I explained some step by steps of how to create 5 different Halloween Character looks. This week I’m back with 5 more!

1. Mickey Mouse Zombie

Mickey Mouse is the ultimate Disney Icon so why not create a spin on this with a Halloween x Mickey Mouse look.

I used mostly eye shadow for the shading. I followed the dips in my own skull, especially under the eyes. Following your own face shape is the best way to create an effective skull shape.

I used a black lipstick to create the Mickey on the lips and face paint to create the cut. With cuts I find the best way to create them is a line of red, with thin lines of white for highlight and black for shadow. Don’t blend too much!

2. Cheshire Cat

For this look I used mostly face paint but kept it off the main part of Jordan’s face to help the design last longer.

Using white, black and blue I created lots of small stripes to create the blended hair effect which I took up into Jordan’s own hairline and round the side of his face.

His hair was sprayed with blue and silver spray to lighten it.

I put thin streaks of glow in the dark face paint in this area. But mostly I applied it to the teeth which were created with face paint and lasted all night.

3. Villian Disney Halloween Makeup

“The puppies, darling! I have no use for babies!” Cruella De Ville

This make-up was inspired by a Disney Villain Swimsuit. I created a smudgey make-up with exaggerated features in the style of the villains pictured.

The simplest way to create this was to literally smudge my makeup as I went. But to make it last the trick is to powder each layer to set. You can powder colours such as lips with coloured eyeshadows to help build up product layers to last.

Taking inspiration from an outfit or printed piece of clothing is a great way to create an easy costume.

4 & 5 Jack Skellington and Sally

A couples Disney Halloween makeup

A classic couple costume, or just a fun choice of costume for one (Jack, Sally or a mashup!), is Jack Skellington and Sally from Disney’s Nightmare Before Christmas.

In this animated tale Jack Skellington, King of the pumpkin patch and general leader of Halloween, attempts to take over a new holiday-Christmas. Ever faithful Sally thinks however it is a terrible idea!

For Jack inspired make-up I like to use face paint (Snazaroo is my preferred brand) as Jack Skellington’s skull has very defined lines.

For Sally’s face, I find that blue and green eyeshadow blended together work best for the skin tone, with black facepaint used to line the eyes and create the stitches.
