Welcome to my blog! My name is Alexandra Abbotts and I am another makeup artist!

Unlike most online makeup artists you will find today, I have a love of natural makeup. Makeup which brings out the best you rather than stuck following trends and expensive pointless products. But that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun too!

I want to show the importance of good skincare. N ot only to your mental and physical health but also to good makeup application! As a sufferer of chronic illness and fatigue I know what an effect dull skin can have and the importance of healthy skin. Plus the best makeup is on healthy skin!

I am hardworking, honest, creative, quirky and artistic. I’m a fast worker and focused on the detail. I love to travel, spend time with animals and take great inspiration from the world around me. Also I’m a huge Disney fan and general film geek!

I have a range of experience with make-up and a Level 3 City and Guild qualification in Media Make-up.

I also have a love of nail polish, nail art and of course nail care! I create a range of custom press ons . Each unique to the customer featuring beautiful, unique, vegan polishes and intricate nail art.

Having created make-ups for a range of occasions from beautiful wedding looks to dramatic theatrical pieces, I also have lots of experience as a face painter and creating body art. I have teaching experience, can work with a wide range of people and have volunteered for the wonderful beauty-orientated charity Look Good Feel Better.
